How to hard reset a Nokia Symbian S60 handset

To hard reset a Nokia Symbian Series 60 handset, erasing ALL USER DATA and restoring the device to a factory default state, do the following:

• Put the phone into the Offline profile
• On the keypad, enter *#7370#
• When prompted for a lock code, enter 12345

The phone will now be reset.
