The Option GlobeSurfer III Plus 3G Router can be used as a cellular Internet gateway for remote locations or field-based installations, providing access to any IP-based device sat "behind it" providing that the unit has been assigned a public IP address by the cellular provider.
To configure port forwarding on the device, you should first ensure that you have correctly configured and tested the Internet connection on the unit. Read this article for more information - http://blog.brightpointuk.co.uk/configuring-option-globesurfer-iii-plus-...
Once the Internet connection has been configured and tested, to configure port forwarding rules, log into the unit's web administration pages.
Select the option to Go to Advanced Mode if the unit is displaying the basic interface.
Click on the Services tab and then on the Firewall section.
Click on the Port Forwarding link:

Select the link to create a new entry. Set the host to User Defined and type in the IP address of the host that the traffic is to be forwarded to:

Click OK. Now drop dow the Protocol menu - a number of common protocols are pre-listed, or alternatively you can configure a custom service by selecting User Defined:

To create a custom service, enter in a name to identify the application or service:

Click on the option to define new ports:

Specify the port number of port range that your service is to use. Click OK to add the new service to the rule:

Ensure that the host and service details are correct and click OK.

Click on the Advanced button to define other rules if need be:

Here you can specify the external IP address that the rule should apply to (only relevant if your SI has ore than one external IP address associated with it, which is very unlikely) and you can also specify the port on the internal host that the incoming traffic should be forwarded to if different from the external port.
Once all settings have been configured, click OK. Your new rule will now be listed:

Click OK to save and apply the new configuration.
